Thread: trying it again

I hit the lake early this morning. I was #2 at the ramp. I got out and set up as the sun was coming up .



it took a little bit longer this morning to get the rods out but they finally fell into place.



I ran 6 rods off the back of the boat with quick release floats on them. It takes me a little bit of time to set everything the way I want it, but this morning I had 4 fish on with one in the box before I got the 6 rods set up. Not a bad way to start the day. This morning things were a little more steady with the action with fish hitting my lines all morning long. I don't think that I got as many as I did Monday, but there was more size to them today. Then I got the fish of the day !



It took me awhile to bring him in because I didn't know he was there.

I was off the water by noon with my personal bag limit of 12 fish again. I think I may be getting this new set up working the way I want it to. Still some more little things to work out but that will come with practice and time.
