Thread: Fish & Chips are one

of the world's most sought-after Seafood choices for the last 50 or more years! Today's post puts it into my own, personal perspective using Mr. Sac-au-lait as the featured fish o' choice. Decided to increase today's fish-catching, fun value, by downsizing my rod to a 4 1/2' Lew's u/l, w/2 lb SOS(great line). The only rod I used today, while surrounded by my vast arsenal of rods/equipment. Brought home 22 Crappie with 3 measuring more than 14" and a stunning, personal best 9" Red-breast that appeared to have recently guzzled a bottle of Mercurochrome absolutely phenomenal coloration and fight on ultra-light tackle. Also caught a few small gills/redbellies, but the big challenge was a Gar that easily was over 40"!! I could have put him in the rubber net a couple times before the #6 sickle dislodged. Well, that's the Fish part of my title...now don't forget to bring the "Chips"!(Fried Fins/tails)YUM! So coincidentally, that was 23 fish for the ride home on 23 April!
