Sorry to hear about the misfortune. My overconfidence has beat me up a time or two. Several years ago on the last day of august I took my last ride on my daughter’s skateboard. I did well til common sense got a hold on me as I started downhill and gaining speed. I saw missing flesh, broken bones and time out of work. My landing on the nearby grass was far from graceful and I beat up my left knee and cracked three ribs, according to my doc. I remember the date vividly because I was in the dove field the next day, hobbling around and creating quite a show. But I did get my 15 bird limit, moaning all the while. Been in your shoes, hoping for a quick smooth recovery. The fish await......
A bruised ego is one thing....a bruised rib can take your breath away, heal up & remember to use them tools, they're your friend as we get older....

Hope your bruised prediction is relayed later today by the doc after X ray eval from yesterday's Imagery visit, Jeff! If so, I'll be asking for your office hours! Even publicly on this website to help your practice...maybe even a username change Dr. Speck or futuristically- Dr. Spock!:Rofl Don't know what tools you're referring too, but the only tool I've used(lately 0) is a pain med or 2- I'm hopefully theorizing that the damage was confined only to the 2 lower "free floating" ribs, yielding a less likely fracture event with pain/bruising caused by cartilage/connective tissue impact tear.(WAY less recovery time):ThumbsUp
Actually, my football days had me tagged w/nickname = Bruiser. Hopefully, applies later life in my self-diagnosis theory.:Rofl

A lit' break down to keep the med's @ bay...."cracked ego" just don't sound right, thus wishful "bruised" prediction & the tool refers to..."so I put the dolly roller jack into the horizontal position"...bottom line is get BETTER Douglas....
That's a good analogy, Jeff, although that toolbox has 20/20 hindsight well-stocked! On another note, I recently added via your advised Ollie net post. My Central-West coast price was 12.99...great value w/adding/fabricating an aluminum extension for extra reach for longer rod, single-pole dippers or Pontoon Pappy's "toona" layout!:Rofl:Rofl

re- My dolly/jack wheel was stabilized within a "donut" so I needed to pull the extra 3/4" to seat coupler to ball unrestrained(excepting the 8' 1x8 in front of both tires). 20/20 hindsight tool(aka Common Sense) now HIGHLY recommends to clear the donut BUT DON'T clear common sense by stowing your DROP Insurance =OUCHY x 100!!:yikes until coupler/ball is properly seated. Folks- always try to learn from other's burn.:highfive
I ain't never had a problem with resting the trailer tongue half way on the ball ........ Sayin for a friend ...... Douglas ...
Seems to me Mr. Daniel, you've never had a problem w/restin'!![emoji23][emoji23]
