Thread: Blue Moon Specks

Was on the water in time too take a pic of the 2nd full "Blue" moon of the month, followed by the Sunrise & a pleasant cool breeze over 77F surface temp water. Had plenty of time to take all this in due to a pattern over the last few recent trips whereas, the bite doesn't start til' 9am....When they finally woke up, it was a aggressive bite to the point my plastics where only good for a couple fish, before tearing up the bodies. A lot of shorts, maybe double amount of the 14 fish kept for a photo shot, all over a foot...Was fast & furious for a couple hrs, then she BLEW a good 15mph plus & put me in the washing machine for the trip back to the ramp @ 11. With the cooler temps forecasted for next week it's setting up for some awesome fishing for the Slabfest...see ya'll then....& be safe this Halloween...
