That's a nicea sauce!!
Many moons ago, Enzo Stuarti(Italian singer/actor) was the Ragu 70's commercial notoriety that touted America's #1 Tomato sauce. As some may know, I have gravitated, thanks Skeet, to ultra-skinny finesse spin-fishing with rewardingly light 2 lb. line class. My recent lure modification/creation evolved from awesome results realized while using natural-colored 3" Senkos(I like cinnamon a lot). Way too heavy, even weightless, for finesse fishing. Recently, the mopfly jig(made using a chamois rag mitt) has created a bit of a stir among DIY's. Fitting that mold(pun intended), I set out w/Google to see what I could generate. Well, after the field-tests have had there due process, you can pull the fork out, the bird is cooked!
Tied on a #8 'lil nasty, the chamois "quick-absorb" non-weighted Senko-like "RAGU" fell too quickly. Still caught shallow bream species/bass, but the formula wasn't right just yet. Went to Walmart(camping section) and added Waterproof silicone(added too much) and the RAGU floated = top-water fly rod type action. Exciting in that regard, but not the SLOW-sink that I wanted. Now, I just spritz spray to lessen, not eliminate, absorption. They often hit when it softly lands(like a catalpa worm/caterpillar that falls off a limb!

RAGU- datsa nicea jig!

I know, I know that red-belly is wearing a beetle-spin, too gorgeous not to post(again?). Stay tuned for my beetle-spin harness modification...
