Yes meant big gills. Most were males, bodies with fresh injuries from bed clearing. Only one had developed eggs, others just starting.

I gave the tulips to an older than me couple in the neighborhood. Catch them occasionally on worms or plastic. Better than store bought. Most farm raised specially imported are raised in very crowded filth

And I fish frm a tracker pro angler 16 and I always wear a wide brimmed hat. Launch from lake jessup park
