Second Chance

Nice looking fish dinner Tim. Making me hungry. I have been cooking them on a flat electric grill and seasoning with blacken seasoning, coating the grill with butter and cooking on high near 400 a few min on each side until brown. Very good, hooked on this recipe.

I like blackened as much as I like fried. I do it in a cast iron skillet on top of a turkey burner. Smokes out the house!!!
