Cocaine Addiction on the Big O

Hit the Big O on Friday morning for some perch jerkin. Launched at lock 7 and headed to little grassy with the ole cocaine jig on the ready. Started on the outer grass line working in...before long I started getting thumped and picked up 5 on the edge of a solid mat of water lettuce and hyacinth. Pushed into the mat with my outboard and used a spaghetti spoon taped to a cane pole to rake out a pocket to dip the jig in....never left that mat and got my limit. Left'em biting and it's safe to say they're still feening for that cocaine!!
