Yep, Walmart bags. I put them in Walmart bags, double bagged of course. And then I put them in a cooler, and I put ice on top of them. I leave them over night on the ice, and I clean them in the morning. Stiff crappie are so much easier to clean then ones that are flopping around. And on top that, I think the meat is better when you chill them immediately out of the live well. Meat seems whiter/cleaner. IMHO
