March madness in the Mangroves

That is a mixed bag of great eating. Where exactly is this?
Other than Mosquito Lagoon, all my Florida fishing has been freshwater.

Ever try a Cajun Thunder float in front of those shrimp? If not, give it a try.
There is some nice grass down this way yet, especially near the Round Island ramp/park on A1A.

Yes in open water, but these were caught pitching up under the mangroves. Actually prefer a Lil John under the popping corks. But I much prefer freelining shrimp, mullet or whitebait when I can find em.

Ponce Inlet, New Smyrna and Edgewater backcountry. Mosquito Lagoon gives me migraines, them fish are so spooky and the grass has been dessimated.

Thats a very nice cooler full, great eating for sure !!
