Thread: Lagoon System

If any of you care about our lagoon system, please sign this petition to open the locks at Port Canaveral to flush the lagoons.

They dam sure arn't going to open the locks = intefer with cruise ships and port business ...........

Better is to creat a new inlet at playalinda beach and just north of patrick AFB IMHO ............

But, nothing will happen, but a lot a folks donating money to be squandered and pilfered by those in charge ......

Yes, of course I signed .....

If they leave the locks open the cruise ships will still be at sea level and ablt to get in and out. They opened them after Fay and did not hinder port business. The only arguement is the locks silt in and doors will need to be cleaned. So open and close the dors once a day and keep them clear. I agree on the additional inlet. Really one at both lagoons would be nice. One at patrick and one around Bethune beach. Cost far less to open the gates and flush it out.

I signed but I hate those type signing systems that want you to sign a bunch of other bogus petitions.

Yea I hate them as well but just closed screen after clicking sign petition.
