Hello all, new guy here. Moving over from the saltwater to try my hand at speck fishing some of my area until turkey hunting and cobia fishing take over my life in the spring. I moved to Tallahassee almost a year ago and I understand that Lake Talquin is where it's at for crappie fishing up here. Me and my boy (6) love the water and hope to cover some new ground here shortly. I am a compete newb when it comes to this type of fishing since I have been a saltwater snob since about 10 years old. I see this place is full of good advice, so maybe I can pick up a few tips along the way.
