Has anyone on Lake Tarpon in the last week or so and if so how's the fishing

Can't answer that question at present - but will be on it Friday morning for the day

Extremely slow day - caught total of 9 spec's - kept 7 threw back 2.
Spider rigged entire day from 7 till 1:30pm

Worked water from 6 ft - 14 ft. multi colors = moon jigs being worked best. off color gold - purple - pink with white
stripe. Biggest taken weighed in a 1 lb 9.2 oz - smallest kept 1 lb 1 oz

Blue bird skies, wind moved from northwest - clear around to out of south ....

Didn't work the Brushpile. Went down to check it out, but wind had picked up to point that it wasn't
worth trying to work it. Wind dead out of South
