Went and hit the bridges for the outgoing tide and Sylvia had a in slot red on before I could even get a hook in water. And was hooked up with an over slot red on again before I even started, but that out muscled her and found the barnacles on pilings and was gone. Then again 3 minutes later hooked up again. Lonv battle of tug of war and a big fat daddy stingray surfaced. Well that was an exciting half hour but pretty much the end of big fish at the bridges. Lots and lots of uñder size Mangrove snappers. Heard someone hollaring for help about 10 so loaded upnreal quick and went towed in a Boston Whaler factory boat. Just shows can happen to anyone. After we had them safe back at ramp we headed back into the mosquito creeks in edgewater with the incoming. Saw a few sailboats in places they should not be along with a ton of other damage. Ended with an in slot red, in slot black drum and in slot trout. Sylvia had about a 10 second tangle with a full grown snook before his gill plates parted our connection. I picked up a lil snooklet. Sure was a great time out there
At least I was able to contribute the trout to that table shot. Sylvia did very well today. Now back to work till next weekend.
