bite was slower than last week but fewer throwbacks. By 10 it was unbearably hot even with the top up so we headed out. Saw Stu and Tim out enjoying the morning as well. Ended the day with an repeat of Monday. Man them bass are sure thick in 4' of water. Was sure good to be back on em again, just cant wait for it to cool a lil bit.

Jefff them lil bucks eat just fine. Bout the same to me as a bluegill and sometimes a little milder depending on what the bream are feeding on. I dont normally keep em whennSpeck fishing except when gill hooked and bleeding. But if I am striper, sunshine or bass fishing its game on.

I have to agree. But I sure know that 4' line is piled up with em. Had 6 on at one time this morning. Wonder if the lake being so low has pushed em of the shoreline weeds.

That was the difference for me, I guess.I stayed in 5' or more and had a slower bite and started later too. Good job Mike, good to see you two out again today. I posted about my trip in your other post about maybe going Saturday.

Them fish were not in 4'. I got into 4' trying to turn around on the fish. Thrre was a ball of shad about 20' wide that them fish were on. The flat water made em visible flickering on top. I kept swinging back around on them and pulling the edges. The fish were about 60' each side of the ball of bait. Trying to swing around them without breaking up the ball was the hardest part. The ball disappeared about 9 and was a tad more difficult to keep the bite going. My track looks like a spiralgraph drawing.
