And yeah Phantom, I shoulda tried one raw right there fresh on the boat. Another one for next time. I'll try anything once. Ate raw mussels in New Zealand.

Never tried raw scallops. Had some fresh conch ceviche in the islands. Good stuff that was. And of course raw oysters. Not too fond of raw clams, prefer them roasted.
