We got sick and tired of fishing the dead sea and decided to take a trip down the road. This was shortly after "D" was down. We shoulda taken "D" to this lake but, long story short, a communication breakdown made us fish the dead sea the last day "D" was down, oh well.
Anyway, it was a beautiful morning, and we caught a few. That's all that mattered. We didn't kill them, but we also did not smell the skunk like we usually do on the dead sea (aka Griffin)! I had a blast Shu, lets pick another lake and do some traveling again some time in the near future.

Glad you fellows got some and the pics were great except for the one of you Slab holding the camera too close to the fish. You made that 10" fish look like a 14" incher.![]()
Very nice, indeed!!!
Way to go Fella's. Looks like a good day. Lake Weir isn't too far from you and I've heard some good things about it from time to time. Others real close to Eustis have done well in past years.
