check out Lake Toho at Big Toho Marina. There is a walk way out in the water, lots of people fish from there

Downtown Kissimmee is also on Toho, might be a dock there too. Haven't been there in years but it would seem right to me.

Surf fishing at the beach if landlocked is your best bet. Many state, counth and city parks rent kayaks and would be a better option. If you.do go venturing on foot around the many lakes and rivers, just remember our lizards think tourists are tasty. Specially now till June when the males are being bullies.
