    Default Report:Another Family Day

Not being one to shop til I drop or mingle with the masses I've taken the opportunity to take some folks that I don't get much time with. Saturday was an unexpected day off so I spent it with the Son-in-law and had a great time. It was his first trip with me. Today's schedule wasn't screaming for attention so I scooped up the Granddaughter after a family dinner last night and off we went just after 6 this morning. Breezy but not too bad was the way the wind went today til the showers got close. That was about 11:30 so we called it a day. I'm really liking the fact that the battery gremlin has found somewhere else to live. Camryn and I have trolled cranks for crappie several times so she's an old hand that just needed to knock the rust off. We longlined 8 rods and had no major malfunctions come to visit. Big fish was about 1 1/4 and thick and had 10 for company in the live well before we turned em all back. Didn't even relocate em, just emptied the well and opened the valve. We finished the day with 30 on the clicker with a few of those being hybrids. Popsicle and chicken were busy today. We got a pic of an Eagle that was having lunch on a sign post, always enjoy seeing them. I wish I didn't have to work tomorrow, I'd go again. Had a guy bird dog me so close I had to turn away or have him right over my baits, that was aggravating. Here's a couple of pics from today, and thanks for sharing in yet another great day.
