Crescent in January

Stu, I'll be glad to host it....Here is my idea of a nice weekend for all....Lets say it is gonna be a 2 day shin dig. The first day we all show up and fish till sometime that afternoon. Maybe we can eat lunch right there on the water at Three Bananas.That first evening, we all go out to eat, somewhere decent like Corky bells in Palatka. The next day we all go out and fish until whenever. No set up and cooking or cleaning up for anyone to do...Just show up and have a good time fishing. If anything at all we could have a little Fruit Jar tournament one or both days and the only work involved would be for someone to do the weigh in. Trying to plan an event with setting a place up, cooking, cleaning up and hauling stuff back and forth takes a lot of effort and takes away fishing time from those that do the cooking and cleaning. This way everyone has time to fish and fellowship with everyone with no extra hassles....What do yall think?

An over night Slabtogether........Sounds grand! With all due respect because most of us wouldn't be here if it wasn't for John and Mikes continued time and efforts again and again locally over the years................if John and Mike likes?................... I Love :)

This does not sound like an awful thought for me.................. Actually more than likely a blessing IMO.

Hi to all,

We just found out today that Dead Lake/Crescent Lake Florida will be hosting a $10,000 Super Event of February 5th and 6th 2016. The event will include a housing bonus totaling $1500 to anglers staying at Flagler County lodging facilities as well. Information will be on the website as soon as available to us for weigh in and seminar sites.

Brochures will be going to print next week and we should have them ready to go by December 20th.
