Naners hopefully - but never to be taken on fishing boat...

I stopped by a good friends house today. He likes to "cast" "flies"! Y'all may know him. And met his lovely wife.

But as the story goes, he heard I liked bananas. Which of course I never take fishing with me! And you know why. Although it would explain why I catch so few, doh!

Anyway, "the caster of flies" provided to me a couple nice Banana trees.



The first one I planted near the canal. Hopefully the warmer water there would protect them from the "too cold".


The second and smaller one I planted right near the house. Hopefully to protect it as well. We'll see how it goes.
