Haven't used the ramps since they were rebuilt...... I usually pull my boat away from the launch area and pull the bow up on shore..... Can you still do that

I got to say the new ramps at Harney are horrible for people who launch by themselves. The walkways out to the floating docks are so high off the water that your boat will drift up under the metal structure and will scrape and gouge the hell out of your boat and motor. Not sure what they were thinking but they need to add some kind of bumpers that will prevent this from happening. The gentleman before me had just finished launching and the current pushed his boat up under and it scraped the motor bad on the top and broke a tip off one of his Fenwick rods, not a happy camper. Fishing was real slow, picked up a few. Marked lots of fish but not in the biting mood.

The southside launch you can.
Well not that easy, the ramps are too narrow to turn your boat around and the walkway is 6-8 ft over your boat with a continuous aluminum rail all the way down to the docks.
