Inspecked a few more crappie today.

Been watching the weather forecast for this weekend and it hasn't been lookin good so I decided to skip work today to to get my crappie fix in. Since it was a last minute decision I didn't get minnows the night before so I got to the lake around 0730. (Bait store opened at 0700). Started dropping lines in the water at about 0745 and before I got my second pole out I had one in the boat. Got my second one 5 minutes later. Hit a dry spell until 1000 and then boated 8 more until they shut down at 1015. I continued fishing until 1100 and got run off the lake by storms.

Bait: Rons Zip and Skippers Mylar Jigs
Specks: 10 Total, Kept 9 from 10 to 13 inches

That will stank up some some oil. Nice trip.

We just finished supper. Tonight was Blackened Crappie, pan fried and baked. YUM!!!!!
