I made a quick trip to Talquin over the weekend for a family visit. My uncle twisted my arm, so we went fishing for a few hours. We mainly fished the bottom end of the lake long lining jigs. Didn't do to good so we moved up the Rocky Comfort/Little River area and picked up 8 good fish. Bubblegum and Blue/Silver seemed to be the colors they wanted. By the time we found some fish, the temperature was starting to climb and we knew where we could find some A/C at so we headed back to his house. It was great to spend some time with family. Looking forward to the cooler temps in October!!!
