Do you watch it from downtown Sanford side? Thanks for sharin, we tried to get over to the Deland one but didn't make it.
The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"
Yes Sanford side. It was kinda sad. The entire Veterans Island was packed, the island Wolfy's was on packed. Kids patiently waited for the big show. Then the 7 boats came out did a bunch of circles and went back in. Everyone waited for about 15 minutes expecting another class of decorations or something. Nothing doing. 7 boats. Lots of dissapointed kids in the lot. Couple next to us had driven from Ocala to see it. Kind of a shame actually.
Bummer, we used to be in The Deland one when my buddy's mom still had her house boat. It was a lot of fun & seemed like there were usually around 20 boats.
The NSB one this year was better than it used to be but was packed, wish I woulda got pics of the paddle boarders.
