    Default Speckin Sunday

Started off at 7am, light west wind & overcast - the lake was fairly smooth & had a lot less floating grass in it. The word must be gettin out or everone knows the time of year but there were several boats out there chasin fish. We ended up catchin 61 fish from 7am to 12 noon, kept 15 & actually got on some pretty nice ones. The big fish hit early & we threw back a bunch of dinks.

The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"
