Default Great day on the water

Had a great day of fishing with my buddy Jim and his friend Lyodon. We caught over 100 nice crappie and 13 of them were really nice. Seven out of the 13 were 17 + inches and if they had not spawned already they will all have been right around 3 pounds. All fish were caught on curly tail jigs casting in 7' to 10' of water. This was an unbelievable day for big fish, I have had some really good days fishing in Florida this past year but this one tops it off as one of my best days ever crappie fishing. Catching 7 fish at 17" and over is one great day. We all had a great time, here are some pic's of our catch.

Nice job. You always give good reports.

I had to give her the day off, three in the boat is enough.

Very, very nice Vic !! You sure know how to put some big ones in the boat.
The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"
