    Thumbs up Crescent Lake on the 9th.


    Four of us are headed down to Crescent on Feb 9th with plans to fish all week or limit reached. Yes, we throw back short fish. We plan to fish Crescent, Dead Lake, and maybe drive down and fish the river in Astor for a day.

    If anyone has any updated pattern info, please share via a PM.

    I also would like to locate a sit down breakfast place in Crescent City.

    Thanks up front. This is my first fishing trip since last November 10th. All my doctors say I am good to go.

    Wendy's opens at 6am weekdays and 7am weekends. The old huddle house down the road opens at 7am daily.Hope you have a great week and catch a 3 lber. Andy-1 Cove

    Thanks Andy. If we catch that 3 pounder, it will be in the river. The river was REAL GOOD last February.

    I am in the process of closing on my house. If I get things all done, I plan on being there the 14th thru 16th...Bout a 50/50 chance as of now.

    Good luck Danbo, I may try to stop by there that weekend, depends on how my stomach problem is. I hear from a friend that they are doing well on Lake Dexter, you said you might head that way. Hope to see you on the water.
