Default last 2 days at Crescent

Well it's official, most of the big crappie have moved to their spooning grounds. The colder water temps have slowed things down quite a bit. We only had 13 fish yesterday with 1 over 2lbs and a few 14's. Today was not much better, we boated 19 with 1 over 2lbs and 3 or 4 13's and 14's. I'm sure the big femails are moving up to dump there loads. If you fish the shore line and or brush along the shore I'm sure you could have some success. Try to post a few pics.

Was great weather Gene, the sun would pop out from time to time and the temps were in the upper 60's with very low winds.

Thanks Chuck, we are not going home yet. I have until Thursday to fish and than were going on a cruse. We may stop back at Crescent on our way back home around the 15th of Feb.

As always some nice fish there, Mr. Crappie King.

The water looks too calm to catch the biguns at Crescent.
The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"

You guys have it tough. It must be hard enjoying your schedule, that is way retirement is suppose to be, not sitting in a lounge chair watching the TV.
