    Default Talquin 12/30

Spent my birthday on on Talquin. Got there a bit late and missed the morning bite, only cought a few, but made up for it in the afternoon. Had a good day, caught a mess. Best color for me was a surprise. Most fish were caught on my Black and White Brimfisher jigs with a safety pin spinner. I saw a few CDC members on the lake, was good to see y'all. Even got to watch the Game Warden chasing Hooker down. Quite a site.

Happy New year to everyone. Hope we all have a Crappie year.

The bite was good in the morning. Rangers were on the lake but reel good in the sence he waited until we got poles up and cranked up. Everything was O.K. and even got recommendations of other areas to fish. Good to see them on the lake.
