Initial Setup for HB Dide Imaging Units

TNT-One u do it youll love it. I love mine an all the cool stuff I see underwater.Then it great to see the fish in another way as well

They are not that bad, pretty easy to work. If you can work a computer you can work a SI unit. My Lowrance worked awesome out of the box, no in depth setup needed. Im sure the Humminbird works well on the factory settings as well, the guys on the bass forums run factory settings and get great images. You can always tweak them to get a little more out of them. Here are some bream beds I found when I first bought my unit, this is factory settings.

Tnt,around here some of the setting would be good and some not,we have deeper water and harder bottoms,we use di often,si often and 2d but we have to adjust for many situation as bottom change depth and hardness,use 2d on max mode a lot to help pick up fish on bottom in 15 t0 35 fow and watch jig and fish come up and hit it,i agree with much said and it was probable meant for your area,hope to get to fla in jan ,staying near vic,will be using both 798 and 998 some,it will be on mostly si in that area,good fishing guys,hope to get to see some of you guys again then
