Crappie reaper, imo you should phone an attorney in a small town neighboring this gentleman. Get his adviice over the phone as to what can be done. Sometimes just paying a small amount to an attorney to make to the previos boat owner can shake things your way once he sees your serios.

Sorry to hear of your problems Reaper! I would get it fixed and sell it. You will never be able to enjoy it now. Recoup as much as you can and find a boat like you want. Always test everything before paying and motor should be run on the water under a load. If you find one in my area I will be happy to go check it out for you! Good luck!
