Thread: Which lake?

I am gonna head out to do some crappie fishing this coming Monday. I can fish Lochloosa, Newnan's or Santa Fe near Gainesville or Trout and 6 Mile Creek near Jacksonville. With the price of gas, I can't go much farther afield than that.

So which one would you recommend?

Today's fishing report in the Florida Times Union by Bob McNally stated that crappie fishing has tapered off a bit around here in north Fla. so I'm kinda at a loss as to where to go.

Used to do well at Newnan back in the day..., been several years though.

Cold front for Sunday has me shaken...that's just my 2 cents. I would probably fish anyways as you gotta go when you get the chance.

I found fish if it was the only chance I had. It can get windy on Loosa though.
