The scenery is definitely beautiful. I think Talquin Maggie and I may ride down the Johns River a ways before we leave on Sunday. The place we are supposed to be staying at is right on the St Johns.

Mike, depends on water level, etc, etc (runoff all the way from the Beeline) (google earth it).
Right now it's barely flowing, is going to be great come spawn, hope it doesn't get any lower........
There's some crappie in there now, but should get even better as spawn kicks in ......

Tim, I think anywhere along the St John's is beautiful, especially away from houses and structures, etc, etc.......

This place is like Talquin a bit = stumps and submerged trees everywhere = be very careful runnin in there.
And when the water gets real low = it gets real shallow = motor will be draggin bottom = trim up, etc, etc, etc....

Know right where you's were," The ECON", the river beautiful, now you need to take him to GOD'S country, "DEEP CREEK". Too bad on the fishin, like you said approaching fronts=less fish, at least the rain held off.
    Nice post Danny!
    crappie down !
