Thread: Gators

Been a lot of talk about gators lately, just want some of you who don't know they live in the southeastern U.S. and northeast China. Those in China have been reduced to several hundred and are the way out. Developers and rice fields along with China's appetite have come close to closing the chapter on these great creature's that have survived for 200 million years. They survived when all the other prehistoric animals disappeared. If not now maybe soon they see the book closed on them....

I thought the book on the Gators was closed when Spurrier left GEAUX TIGERS!!! Or well any team playin the Gators for that matter!!!

Gators and rice ,yum! We are talking cajun cooking here aren't we! LOL!!

Heck yea, add some onions, green onions, bell pepper, celery, garlic, cayenne pepper and some fish sfock simmer a while and serve over rice with a big glass of sweet tea and garlic bread. Now were talkin.
