Default What r u doing to get ready for fall.

Really looking forward to this season. Speckanator set up a great schedule for the slabfest. Got the boat set up now with gps, I-pilot and rod holders set for longlining and spider rigging. Been making baits and painting jig heads. LET THE GAMES BEGIN

The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"

Bought some new rods to get rid of the telescoping weigh a ton poles and stocked up on plastics. Need to burn through a bunch of jigheads this fall so I can place an order with Litewirehooker for some of his heads. Other than that boat pretty much stays ready, willing and able.

ah poo...... im behind the eightball here. Went to start up the ride this past weekend only to find my starting battrie took a dive

to add to the issue the battrie is in a tough place to begin with - maintain. Replaced that stinker with an Optima Blue Top........ wont worry about that one for the next 3-4 years at least

Things i still have to do? Im still trying to get by the fact I have to change out lines on 20? reels? UGH!

Very much enjoyed my spider riggin this past summer...........poor Chris.........gonna be hard to pry me off the front of the boat now.

Hooks good! baits good to go!............................Im ready to go

Only problem being work.................still trying to catch up from Debby.........Storm damages still coming in daily.
