Would like for you to post attached two (2) pictures of Ron Miley (aka) yelim
on big fish:
these were caught in Polk County Febr 8th,
1 weighed in at 2 pounds 4.6 oz and other hit scales 2 pounds 2.5 oz.
This man was really "one happy fisherman", biggest fish he had ever caught

My Name is Steve, and I have no freshwater fish to show anyone yet, I hope to solve that problem this Saturday, in the meantime I will try and post pics of some speckled trout! Can you see the reason for the user name Saltasylum now? These were caught out of Steinhatchee Fl.

he's not happy, they aren't Spec's...................been salt water fishin to long...........
is really thinking about the 3 hr cleanup of his equipment, because of saltwater, than cleaning fish, than putting everything away............
Saltwater has its advantages, but freshwater sure is nice, when done fishin, your done
spend the quality time, toasting the good of the day, fileting and preparing the food
for a super treat.

of Manatee Lake down by Bradenton, Fl ( boat dock is from Manatee Stae Park)

Have heard that they are getting 7 lb plus trounament (7) fish stringers out of there.
For this time of year (late summer spec's) that pretty good with no eggs showing
like being found at Tarpon
Hi Harold... you are correct of course. That is Lake Manatee State Park ramp/dock. I took that picture of Terry last December 24 (Christmas Eve morning). We caught a mess of fish and then took them to my parents horse farm in Winter Haven and had a fish fry for Christmas Eve dinner... lol. The picture of me was taken around the same time but at Anna Maria Island. I'm quite sure I had a Margarita or two prior to that picture being taken. We were probably waiting to watch the sunset.
Do you mean that are getting 7lb plus out of there right now? We miss Manatee! Looks like we are heading back to Florida the first week of October but have to make the rounds to all the family for about a week before we head out for our camping and fishing adventures. Looking forward to seeing you and the Professor!

Oh yeah... the Professor OWNS that lake... :biggrin. Terry got the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy on the site he's building up here so they can open the doors to business soon and as soon as he's done with the punch list we are outta here!! Yay! Really can't wait to get down there and hang out with everyone. Terry wants to go to Tarpon with you and Mike.
