    Default Kissimmee Shellcracker ( Part 2)

    These are some i caught last year, April 28th.
    caught 60 in about 2 1/2 hrs....

    Was using 14' Deep South rod, Wally Marshall reel, 6 lb vanish
    flouracarbon line................

    April 28th, was day of full moon, water temp was 80.1
    Barametric pressure 29.92. Wind 2-5 mph, NNE - E gusting to
    11 mph. Clear - sunshine sky............

    One shellcracker was 12 inches long, weighing 1 lb 14oz.
    biggest one i ever caught at Kissimmee.

    nice shellies. Man those things are ugly though. The ones i catch are way better lookin than yours, lol. Bet they eat the same though!

    they sure put up a good fight.............ounce for ounce they are really tuff.............
    give a person a workout on 16' long pole..........

    Shellies is my thang. I am fishing for them for one week beginning April 17th at the north end of Lake George.

    They are fixing to drain Lake George, and drill for oil.....
    You didn't see that on the news ??????

    Hey Cuzz, was wondering hadn't heard from you in a while.....things going ok, sure has
    been tuff winter up your way................
    Spec's are still going at it............send me your e-mail address in pm and i'll send some
    pictures up that Roger & Terri caught today in Kissimmee...............up in grass -fishin
    way you were taught...........(25 big ones)

    Those shellcrackers (redears) were caught last year, nothing hitting yet this year
    been warm/cold etc.. can't get temp to level off and get up into mid-upper 70's
    so they can bed..............
