    Default Tlqin bound!

Got my reservations in today for next fri, sat, and sunday. All booked up at Lake Talquin Lodge but managed a cabin at a place that Litewirehooker old me about called Ingrams. It was supposed to be just me and my dad but once my wife got wind that it was near Tallahassee her and my mom jumped on the band wagon so they could do some shopping. Hope we get on em!

yeah i am pretty pumped. Went to Gander Mountain today to get 2 14 footers to add to my arsenal but they dont carry em. Lately when i longline i have been using a 16', 12', and 6' on each side up front and 4 reg size rods in the back , but i figured i mind as well throw a 14' on each side as well and just kinda angle em back a little to cover more water. Called LTL and they said they had a few 14's so im gonna get 2 as soon as i get there. pretty good price too, only $36. gettin some new hi vis yellow tomorrow to throw on em to try and cut down on tangles.

As you get older and your eyes see less, you will like the Hi-Vis line. I can't see how to untangle the clear line. The Hi-Vis will sure help when you bring in about 4 or 5 lines with one jig hooked to a striper ........that's when it's fun.

    LT,

What brand do you use? Haven't seen any at Wally-world. I've put-off changing for awhile but my eyes are telling me to switch now! Just can't see like i could.
