Does anybody know if the tide effects Crescent Lake and how much?

i know it effects it a little. I fished this one big dock last time i went and there was no wind at all, i kept getting pushed into it so it had to be the tide.

No. The guy called me today and said it was totally fried. Needs a complete rebuild including footcontrol. It shot the repair bill up another 100. Will not have it till the end of next week now. Still beats the price of a new one.

It's time we finalized some details and get a head count since the meeting is just over two weeks away. The plan so far is a NO RULE fishing trip and a fish fry to follow in the afternoon. I'll be at the ramp around 6:30AM and will be accepting, a strictly optional, $2.00 per person donation. SYG had a great idea for a big fish pool, so we'll probably need a scale if there's one out there. I have two gas fryers, but it wouldn't hurt to have another if someone has one. Also, bring your cold drinks, lawn chairs and cameras. Other than that everything is all set. The weather is going to be great and the fishing at it's best! Just post if you can make it and how many in your party.

PLACE: SUNRISE PARK take Central Av east from 17, downtown Crescent City to Park Av.(about 3 blocks)turn right go one block on Park Av to SUNRISE PARK.

TIMES: depart whenever you desire...........plan on being back at the ramp by 2PM so we can clean the fish and get them in the grease! Hopefully we can eat around 3PM.

Im in. one of my buddies will be fishin with me and my dad may also come down from South Carolina with his boat. If he does, another one of my buddies will prob fish with him. Since im gonna be fishin and not watchin my Gamecocks play im gonna be decked out in my Carolina gear, sorry to all the Gator and FSU fans. Does $10 per boat for big fish sound good?
