I took my neighbor fishing the other day.I was standing on the front deck and he was sitting in the rear. I had caught several fish in a row and he said "throw me one of them jigs your using."So I turned and pitched one of them little tube jigs at him .Sitting beside him was an open 16oz plastic bottle of Mello Yellow. And yeap...you guessed it.That jig went right down the pipe just as pretty as you please. There is no way in a thousand years I could ever do that again,what thats like a 3/4" hole?.He said"what was that" and I said " a Bass Pro Shops salty tube",he took a drink and said "yeap it is a little salty".

That's great ! This is not quite as impressive as your story, but here's one for you. This past weekend I got a bite, set the hook and attempted to lift the fish into the boat. All in one fluid motion, I lift the rod, the fish comes unbuttoned mid air on the way up and out of the water and lands a perfect 10 in the cooler. Not once, but twice in row... To make it even better there just so happened to be another boat passing by that watched that happen twice in a row. They thought I was doing it intentionally. I know this because I heard their comments after having witnessed it. I simply packed up and eased on down the creek as if I meant for it to happen that way and left them believing it was intentional ! It was awesome ! Ha !
