lowrance x96 VS HB565

I'm looking to install a sonar with a trolling motor mount on the bow of my boat. I've got a budget of $200 plus or minus a few bucks. These two look like they fit the bill. Looking for advise, and opinions from all of you out there, if these are worth it, or if I'd be better off with something else. I really don't want to spend another big bill, so I'm trying to stay around 200 mark.
One thing about the HB565 I've heard the screen fogs up at times, but I don't know if that's on all of them or just a case by case deal.

The BEST unit for $200 or less is the Eagle Fish Mark 480. Very good detail as it has 480 pixels. The Lowrance x96 has 320. It has other features that you might want so, I would take a trip to Cabela's or Bass Pro and look at both of these units. You'll love the ease of operation of these units. <*)}}}><

Take a look at the HB 718 also. Just something else to look at!

Only reason a screen will fog up is because the seal has been broken somewhere and moisture is getting into the unit. It's the only way it can happen inside.
