I Have A 36 Volt 110 Lb Thrust Minn Kota Troll Motor On My Boat. I Was In A Car Wreck About 2 Years Ago And Lost My Right Leg. I Have A Prosthetic Now But Cant Get The Feel Of It To Troll. Seen Where They Make A Electronic Troll Motor That Comes With A Remote So You Can Troll, Stow And Deploy Motor From Back Of Boat. Does Anyone Have Any Good Info About These Type Troll Motors.

Steve I don't know about the stow and deploy models but the remote is pretty nice. When I go fishing with a buddy that has the MK with the remote it comes in pretty nice. We spider rig with two people up front he uses the foot control and does most of the operating. I just hang on to the remote and if he gets hung up or distracted I can steer the boat so he don't have to worry about it! I would think that it (the remote) would work good for your situation or you can just put the foot control in your lap and use it that way with your hands.
