go online to jnh or three rivers,or hummingbird factory outlet, gps .com ,capelos, bass pro they all say they come with the 16 channel gps.actually the hummingbird factory outlet store had the best price .now once it gets hear it may have the 50 channel gps in it i dont know
You beat me to it! Yep, there are two 50 channel receivers. The high accuracy does not come standard with any model.

Sorry DEDAWG, if you are discussing only the 997, then this isn't directed at you. Although JandH for the 997 is like 20.00 cheaper. And that hummingbird factory outlet is not actually affiliated with humminbird as near as I can tell. They have complaints filed against them with the BBB. I checked them out a couple years ago, when I was deciding on the 797.
