    Default Opinions Please

Well had some time today to get the new SI unit mounted and powered up. I would like your opinions good or bad. I'm not sure it may be alittle tall?? It feels pretty good in the driver seat and front seat. Please over look the dirty boat, have not had time to clean it up in a while.
I can't hardly wait to get on the water and run over something while I'm playing with it :D

I could get used to that set-up, no matter where it is locate in the boat. lol

I know you are going to enjoy those electronics.

I have my better electronics in the front of my boat since that's where I spend most of my time. My lesser lowrance is at the helm. It's a matter of taste I reckon.

The point is to make give you the biggest bang from either position maybe.

Have fun and share some si photos.

Looks good to me fish. You gonna look like the CIA with that thing. Not sure your gonna be able to hide the fact that you are scanning under peoples boats as you go buy. :D By the way...you may have to put a cinder block on the passengers side to remove the list from the boat. :D Have a great time with it. Maybe I can afford one in 5 years or so.

Where's the theater seating? You might need to add some weight to the other side to prevent tipping. Looks great!! As long as it is comfortable to you that is all that matters.

Looks great, the first couple of trips you won't get much fishing done. You will amaze yourself at the things you find that you had no idea that it was there. Be sure to post up some SI shots from your test run.
Congrats, you are going to love that piece of equipment.

My picture taking ain't too good, I have the main unit mounted on a Ram Mount for the 1197c. I made the raiser arm at the shop ( goverment work :D). I can turn it to the front real easy when fishing.
I wanted to leave the X96. I will be trading boats next year some time, got to pay off the new 4 wheeler ( for the grandkids :D) before I get a new boat.
I can leave the X96 without re-installing it.

    thanks for the feedback
