Yes this can be done using Ozzie and the SI. Ozzie like all map programs deal with pictures. When you record, SI gives you a waypoint. When you snapshot, SI gives you a waypoint. SI uses PNG file format which can be converted to BMP which Ozzie uses. Ozzie can also use PNG. Just looked it up..............
The trick is calibrating the map. You gottas have a known reference like a bridge, etc.
Yes, I have done it before. This is one reason why I want the SI GPS fixed. You can do the same with Fugawi too.
