I received the repaired 997 this afternoon. It works fine.
Excellent service and turn around time on the unit.
I notices the repair document stated that a component was replaced.
What do I need to do to prevent this from happening again? I use the sd cards a lot.

I do not have any idea. We have so many improvements over the course of the products line it is hard to keep up with. I am sure this was one of them. I just had service to repair and ship back to you. That way I know the problem is solved.
