    Default fish finders


    started looking for a new locator and was wondering if i should wait till the 09 models come out, any word in general if any thing new features will be on fish finders worth waiting for.

    also in general when does the the o9 come out (lowarence, eagle hummingbird)

    You can go to any of the manufacturers web page and read about what they are crowing about. The all have a media button.

    If i were looking for a new one I would get a model that has been out for a few years. They usually have all the bugs fixed in them. Unless of course you are looking for a special new feature.

    no I'm not one to go out and by a new product, i was planning on going with a proven fish finder, just looking at improvements like more pixels etc

    looking at Lowrance or humminbird- not sure on the gps
