    Default 24 volt TM question

I fear I may have miss wired my TM when i reinstalled my batteries. What can happen to your TM if it runs off of a 12 volt instead of 24 when it is a 24 volt tm?

If you didn't reverse the polarity, you should be ok. Is it digital speed control, or 5 speed switch?

It has a turn dial speed control 10 speeds. I figured out where I wired wrong, the polarity was correct, so hopefully no damage was done.

It will run slow I would think. My MK Maxxum ran slow when one of my batteries puked a couple of weeks ago.

At least it wasn't the other way around. 24V hooked to a 12V motor. I agree with Tom.

thanks for the responses. It is on my "new" boat so I am not quite used to it, but I thought the power was lacking. The only bad news is it really drained the battery so it will take a while for it to charge up.
