Default HB customer service...my o my..

Called about the slow GPS response. They (customer service named Tangie) never heard of the problem. Something smells fishy....I reported this problem a long time ago to CS....

One minute we were told it would be looked into and make it a priority, next was told to call customer service....HB Imaging site history file if they haven't deleted it...

They call that HB imagining an unofficial site, but the sure get a lot of official advice. Been told that it is on their own time, but their posts show up during normal work hours. Hmmmmm. Good way to get away with poor customer etiquette. I am a skeptic.

I was in the customer resource center Repair and consumer services in Eufaula, Al. last Monday. They(a tech, and daphne Phillips) told us that the 797c2 they would ship me has updated software that makes it better. She also told us they are working on it and will get it better than this update. hmm.....They also updated my matrix 67 and it seems to be faster than before but it is still jerky when i am zeroing in to drop an anchor at night. During the day I am moving over stuff and my waypoints. I use my sonar when close and have never noticed it being slow gps. as long as I have the boat symbol I'm fine but when I get slow enough to have the circle I get confused on which way I need to move..

That circle is dumbest thing I ever hear of. I ride in a boat, not a donut.:p Maybe I need to sign up for Police Academy. Be an official donut driver.

HB seem to have some communications problems amongst themselves. Sure don't seem able to get their stories straight.
